I’m Connor, the owner of CLM Vending. We provide snack and cold drink vending machines for workplaces across South Wales and Bristol, from offices and showrooms to warehouses and construction sites.

From one machine to workplaces across the region

Before starting CLM, I worked in cyber security sales in London. I always had a goal of moving home and starting my own business. CLM Vending gave me the opportunity to do both: build a business of my own, based in Cardiff and working with workplaces across South Wales and Bristol.

CLM started with an idea and one machine. Based in Cardiff, I’ve built the business into a service for workplaces across South Wales and Bristol, working with offices, showrooms, warehouses and construction sites.

Much of that journey has involved getting out, meeting people and starting conversations about what their workplace needs. Some of our placements began with me walking through the door and introducing myself. That direct, personal approach is still how I work today.

Still hands-on, every week

Running CLM means more than arranging an installation. I buy and prepare stock, refill machines, look after servicing and maintenance, and review what people are buying. Being involved in the day-to-day work helps me understand each site and adapt the product range and service to suit it.

I look after the machines myself, so you have a direct point of contact who knows your site. The aim is simple: keep your team supplied with the snacks and drinks they enjoy, without adding another job to your day.

We take care of the machine

We install, restock and maintain your machine, with contactless payments and a product range tailored to your workplace. We keep in touch about what’s selling and what your team would like to see.

No contract. Clear costs from the start.

Our managed vending service has no contract. Qualifying sites pay no machine or management fees; smaller sites have a fixed monthly charge agreed before installation. The host provides space and electricity. We’ll visit your site, discuss your team’s needs and explain how everything works before installation.
